异型滚柱式乘用车滑行节能器的设计及节能效果验证

摘  要:随着汽车保有量的增加,汽车成为最大的石油能源消耗源,为了解决能源危机问题,汽车制造厂都在研究和开发节能降耗产品。传统的节能器采用的是棘轮棘爪机构式,其结构简单、运动可靠,但是汽车在滑行工况过渡到加速行驶工况时,汽车存在一定的冲击。为了避免汽车节能装置对汽车造成的冲击,采用异型滚柱式机构,对乘用车滑行节能器进行了研究。将异型滚柱式滑行节能器安装在汽车的半轴与差速器之间,通过异型滚柱体与内、外套的楔紧、松弛来实现动力传递和断开。使汽车在行驶过程中减少滑行工况消耗的功率,充分利用汽车的行驶动能,从而增加了滑行距离,提高了燃油经济性,实现节能的目的。结果表明,异型滚柱式乘用车滑行节能器节油率达到14%左右,并且总承载能力高、自锁性能可靠、使用寿命长,是目前为止比较理想、效果比较显著的节能装置。With the increase of car ownership, vehicles become the biggest source of oil energy consumption. Car manufacturers are in research and development of encrgy saving products. Traditional economizer is the type of ratchet-pawl mechanism, which the structure is simple, and move reliably but it exists a certain amount of shock when the car in sliding condition transition to accelerate driving condition . Heterotype roller is used to avoid the shock. It is installed between the car axle shofi and differential, the power is delivered through heterotype roller,the heterotype roller wedge tight and loose between outer casing and the inner casing It can reduce the consumption of driving power in the process of sliding conditiorL Increasing the sliding distance, improved fuel economy and achieved the goal of energy saving.Experimental results show that the rate of fuel saving is about 14%. The energy saving device of heterotype roller has high total carrying capacity,self-locking performance reliability and long?service life. It is so far more ideal and comparatively remarkable fuel saving device.
