摘　　要：针对目前车间生产管理系统在工艺流程图形化描述方面的不足,以机械制造车间为研究对象,分析了机械产品制造工艺的典型特点,构建了机械产品的制造工艺流程CAD模型,并阐述了该CAD模型的组成结构与存储方法。给出了车间工艺流程CAD系统的功能模块与使用流程,对其中的工艺流程图设计模块、工艺卡管理模块与工艺发布模块的设计方案进行了详细论述。在此基础上,以C#.NET为开发平台,设计并开发了机械制造车间工艺流程CAD系统。目前该系统已经投入实际应用,运行效果良好。A iming at the existing problems of technological process graphical description in workshop production management, taking mechanical manufacturing shop as the research object, the typical characteristics and CAD model of manufacturing process of mechanical product were analyzed and built respectively, and then the structure and storage method of CAD model were described. The function modules （ including flow diagram design module, process card management module and release module ） and use process of CAD system were given. The design schemes of function modules were described in detail. On this basis, CAD System of technological process in machinery manufacturing shop was developed with C#.NET. Currently, the system has been applied in practical application, and the system run effectively.
