摘  要:通过对铜合金零件的薄壁结构进行加工难度分析,考虑零件异形采用不同的装夹和定位方式,结合不同的内外腔加工顺序得出3种不同的加工方案,并对3种加工方案做出具体阐述,对比分析了3种加工方案对铜合金零件在尺寸精度、形位公差、表面质量、加工效率等方面的差异,优化后得到最合理的加工方案。在实际生产中应依据铜合金零件加工数量来优化得到最合理的加工方案,这样才能保证零件加工质量并能有效提高加工效率。Through the analysis of the processing difficulty of the thin wall structure of copper alloy parts, consider the special-shaped parts and use the different clamping and positioning methods, combine with different internal and external cavity processing sequence, three different processing programs are obtained, and make specific elaboration for three kinds of processing programs, the difference of three processing programs in dimension precision, form and position tolerance, surface quality and machining efficiency and other aspects are analyzed and compared ,after optimization, the most reasonable processing program is obtained. In the actual production should be based on the number of copper alloy parts processing to optimize the most reasonable processing program, in order to ensure the quality of parts processing and can effectively improve the processing efficiency.
