摘  要:中学教师的胜任力对其关联绩效有预测作用,关联绩效对中学教师的选聘、培训、绩效评估也具有重要的实践意义。在兰州市中学教师胜任力模型的基础上,采用厉明修订的Van Scotter&Motowidlo所编制关联绩效问卷,分析胜任力模型与关联绩效的关系。研究发现,中学教师胜任力模型中的职业道德和人格特质对关联绩效的人际促进和工作奉献两个因子均有显著的预测作用,人际互动和应变能力对关联绩效的人际促进和工作奉献均无显著预测作用。The competency of middle school teachers plays predictive roles on the contextual performance, which has important practical significance to the recruitment, training and performance evaluation of middle school teachers. Based on the competency model of middle school teachers in Lanzhou City, the relationship between competency model and contextual performance is analyzed by using the questionnaire which was compiled by VanScotter & Motowidlo and revised by Li Ming. Through the data analysis, we found that the professional ethics and personality traits of the model have significant predictive effect on contextual performance, but interpersonal interaction ability and adaptability have no significant predictive effect on contextual performance.
