摘 要:煤浆制备是管道输煤工程的第一道工序,文章针对管道输煤工程中所输送煤浆在浓度、粒度级配等方面的特殊要求,设计出一套以棒磨机为主体设备,涵括了定量给料系统、棒磨机磨煤系统、给水系统以及返料系统四个子系统的管输煤浆制备工艺流程,同时对流程中各子系统工艺控制逻辑进行设计,利用定量给料系统与给水系统进行浆体浓度的控制,利用棒磨机磨煤系统和返料系统进行浆体粒度的控制,最终制备出符合管道输送要求的煤浆产品。Coal slurry preparation is the first step of coal pipeline transportation engineering. According to the special requirements of the coal slurry concentration and particle size distribution in coal transportation pipeline engineering, a set of coal slurry preparation process technological process including four subsystems: quantitative feeding system, rod mill coal grinding system, water supply system and return slurry system is designed in this paper. At the same time, the process control logic of each subsystem is designed. Firstly, Coal slurry concentration is controlled by quantitative teed system and water supply system; Secondly, Coal slurry particle size distribution is controlled by rod mill coal grinding system and return slurry system; Finally, the coal slurry products which meet the requirements of pipeline transportation are prepared.
