肩三针温针灸治疗肩周炎87例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肩三针温针灸治疗肩周炎的临床疗效及对患者疼痛和肩功能的影响。方法将浙江省人民医院2014年1月—2016年6月间收治的174例肩周炎患者采用随机数字法分为2组,每组87例。对照组给予肩三针针刺,观察组给予肩三针温针灸。治疗后,统计2组患者疼痛[Mcgill疼痛量表(感觉痛、情感类别、视觉疼痛评分VAS、现有疼痛强度PPI)]、肩功能[Neer评分(疼痛、功能、活动度)]及临床疗效。采用SPSS 16.0统计软件对数据进行统计学分析,进而探讨肩三针温针灸治疗肩周炎的临床疗效及对患者疼痛和肩功能的影响。结果治疗后,2组Mcgill疼痛量表中感觉痛、情感类别、视觉疼痛评分VAS、现有疼痛强度PPI指标评分明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组Mcgill疼痛量表中感觉痛、情感类别、视觉疼痛评分VAS、现有疼痛强度PPI指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Neer评分中疼痛、功能、活动度指标明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组Neer评分中疼痛、功能、活动度指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为90.8%,明显高于对照组的74.7%(P<0.05)。结论相比于肩三针,肩三针温针灸可有效降低肩周炎患者疼痛、提高肩功能,临床效果满意。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of joint three acupoints of shoulder combined warm acupuncture in treatment of frozen shoulder, and its effect on pain and shoulder function. Methods One hundred and seventy-four cases of patients with frozen shoulder in our hospital from January ,2014 to June ,2016 were randomly divided into two groups by randomly number method, each group 87 cases. Patients in control group were given joint three acupoints of shoulder com- bined acupuncture, and patients in observation group were given joint three acupoints of shoulder combined warm acu- puncture. After treatment, the pain [ Mcgill pain scale （ sensory pain, emotional category, visual pain score VAS, existing pain intensity PPI）, shoulder function [ Neer score （ pain, function, activity） ] and clinical curative effect of the two groups were accounted. Data were analyzed by SPSS soft to investigate the clinical effect of joint three acupoints of shoulder combined warm acupuncture in treatment of frozen shoulder, and its effect on pain and shoulder function. Results After treat- ment, sensory pain, emotional category ,visual pain score VAS, existing pain intensity PPI indexs in Mcgill pain scale of two groups were significantly decreased（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and sensory pain, emotional category, visual pain score VAS, existing pain intensity PPI in Mcgill pain scale of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, pain, function, activity in Neer scores of two groups were significantly increased （P 〈 0.05 ）, and pain, function, activity in Neer scores of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.8%, which was significantly higher than that of control group （74.7% ,P 〈 0.05 ）.
