重庆市血液中心2015年自愿无偿献血人群结构分析

摘　　要：目的分析重庆市2015年全血采集的基本情况,为今后制订招募策略提供科学依据。方法应用无偿献血登记表数据收集重庆市2015年1~12月无偿献血者资料(性别、年龄、文化程度、职业等)进行统计分析。结果 2015年重庆市无偿献血人群以男性为主;18~30岁献血者占51.5%;主要献血人群为学生、自由职业和其他职业者,高中以上学历者占献血人群的绝大多数;单次献血量200 m L和300 m L者以女性人群为主,单次献血400 m L者以男性人群为主。结论重庆市无偿献血人群在性别、年龄、文化程度和职业等方面均各具特点,应根据不同人群的具体实际制订更具针对性的招募方案。Objective To analyze the general information of whole blood collection of Chongqing in 2015 ,in order to provide scientific basis for formulating recruitment strategy in the future. Methods Non-remunerated blood donation registration form was applied to collect the information （including gender, age, education degree, occupation, et al ） of voluntary blood donors of Chongqing from January to December of 2015 for statistical analysis. Results Among the voluntary blood donors in Chongqing, the population of male was higher than the female ; the donors aged 18-30 years old accounted for 51.5% ; the volun- tary blood donors were mainly students, freelance and other professionals, and the overwhelming majority donors graduated from high school or above;the first blood donation of 200 mL and 300 mL was priority in female donors,while the 400 mL in male. Conclusion The gender, age, education degree, occupation and so on of voluntary blood donors in Chongqing have their own characteristics, and it is necessary to formulate targeted recruitment strategy according to the specific conditions of different people.
