摘  要:目的探讨低离子聚凝胺技术在输血检验中的临床价值。方法选择2015年3月至2016年3月收治的行输血检验患者150例为研究对象,根据数字随机表法将其分为两组,其中对照组给予常规盐水法检测,观察组运用低离子聚凝胺技术,对两组的检验结果进行比较分析。结果两组均顺利完成检验,与对照组比较,观察组的阳性检出率较高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组的检验时间短,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,两组的稳定性、准确度以及灵敏度比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上将低离子聚凝胺技术运用在输血检验中,不仅可以提高输血的安全性和可靠性,还能缩短交叉配血时间,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical value of low ion poly condensation amine technology used in the elinicalblood transfusion inspection. Methods A total of 150 patients who were admitted to hospital during the period from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected, according to the digital random table method, the 150 patients were divided into two groups. The control group was given normal saline, while the observation group was treated with low ion coagulation, the test results of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The two groups were sueeessfully eompleted the test, compared with the control group, the positive rate of observation group was higher, the difference was significant (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; compared with the controlgroup, the test time of the observation group was short, the difference between the two groups was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; at the same time, there was significant difference in stability, the accuracyand sensitiv- ity of the two group had significantdifferenee ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Clinical application of low ion coagulation technolo- gy in blood transfusion, not only can improve the safety and reliability of blood transfusion, but also shorten the time of cross matching of blood, it is worth promoting.
