摘  要:文中以2012年国庆节华山事件为研究案例,从地理空间角度,在复杂网络理论指导下,深入分析了景区危机信息微博扩散的空间特征和规律。研究发现景区危机信息微博扩散中,地方性扩散特征明显且不同类型微博的关键节点其空间分布有明显差异。其总体特征呈现以事发地(陕西)、北京(政治中心)、上海(经济中心)、广东(改革开放前沿)、当事人所在地(内蒙古)为枢纽的多三角形空间结构。扩散过程以事发地为起始,通过核心枢纽-北京形成强大的景区危机信息的流入和流出,而上海、浙江、广东以及江苏等互联网普及率高的地区关键节点活跃程度比较高,但仅是形成了较为强大的信息流入。研究有助于旅游目的地及景区充分认识危机信息微博扩散的空间特点及规律,从而明确重点做好危机信息的引导、控制以及危机公关工作。Under the guidance of the complex network theory,we analyzed deeply the spatial characteristics and the laws of scenic area crisis information diffusion in micro-blog from the perspective of geographical space by taking Hua Mount event in the National Day 2012 as an example. The study found that the scenic area crisis information diffusion in micro-blog was characterized by its obvious locality,and the spatial distribution of the key nodes in different types of micro-blog was very different. Overall,as the hub,the place where the event took place( Shaanxi),Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and the place where the person concerned lives( Inner Mongolia) formed a multi-triangle spatial structure. The diffusion of the scenic area crisis information started from the place where the event happened. The inflow and outflow of the information became powerful via Beijing,the core hub. The key nodes of Shanghai,Zhejiang,Guangdong,Jiangsu and other regions had a relatively high degree of vitality,they only formed a powerful inflow of the information. This research can help the tourism destinations and the scenic areas fully understand the spatial characteristics and the laws of scenic area crisis information diffusion in micro-blog,make clear the focus and do a better job in guiding and controlling crisis information and in dealing with crisis public relations.
