摘　　要：二战后日本社区经济的大力发展使日本经济得到恢复。以社区为发展中心的社区经济建设符合市场主体多元化发展的需要,是公共领域中的资源及其价值得到有效配置的重要方略。中国东北地区经济发展相对落后,需要借鉴发达国家和地区的经验来加快发展步伐。日本社区经济发展中政府、以町内会为代表的社区自治组织、企业、社区居民多元主体共同参与、合作互助的发展模式是日本社区经济发展的重要保障,中国东北地区社区经济发展可充分借鉴该模式,为东北地区经济复苏奠定重要基础。After World War II, rapid development of community economy made the Japanese economy recover quickly. The community economy construction centered on community development meets the requirement of diversified development of market subjects, also it is the important strategy to effectively allocate the resources and value in public areas. The economy growth of Northeast China has slumped in recent years, which needs to learn experiences from developed countries and areas. In Japanese community economy development, the cooperative and mutually assisted development mode, with joint participation of multiple subjects, such as gov- ernment, the community autonomy organization represented by Chonaikai, enterprises and community resi- dents, is an important guarantee for Japanese community economy development. Such development mode can be used as reference for the community economy development of Northeast China, laying important foundation for economy recovery of Northeast China.
