摘 要:通过对比传统变电站端子和智能变电站虚端子,说明两者的不同之处和各自的优缺点;通过优化智能变电站虚端子配置的研究,充分发挥智能变电站网络化结构的优势,使各IED装置之间产生更紧密的逻辑关系,有效地提高继电保护装置在极端状况下的可靠性;通过智能变电站现场试验的方法,将优化好的虚端子配置转化为SCD文件,再将SCD文件转化为CID文件加载到各个IED装置中,并通过对比试验验证优化虚端子配置前后的差别,得出优化虚端子配置有利于提高继电保护的可靠性,表明该研究在实际应用中有效可行.By comparing the conventional substation terminal and intelligent substation virtual termi- nal, this paper describes the difference between the two and their advantages and disadvantages. Through the research on the optimization of intelligent substation virtual terminal configuration, it gives full play to the advantages of intelligent substation network structure, which enables the IED to have a more close logical relationship between devices, so as to effectively improve the reliability of relay pro- tection apparatus under extreme conditions. By using the method of intelligent substation field test, the optimized virtual terminal configuration is transferred into a SCD file, then the SCD file is transferred into a CID file which is loaded to each IED device. Through the comparison test to verify the difference between the virtual terminal configuration before and after optimization, it is proved that the research is effective and feasible in practical application, and the optimization of virtual terminal configuration is helpful to improve the reliability of relay protection.
