社区居民医疗信息知悉水平调查与医学科普教育思考

摘　　要：为了解社区居民医疗信息知悉水平,促进医学科普教育,减少医患信息不对称性,设计了"医疗信息知悉水平调查问卷",在浙江省嘉兴市海盐县6个社区对300位居民进行随机抽样调查,结果发现,50岁以下人群最常用的获取医疗信息的方式(电视、广播等媒体)普遍不是最信任的方式(报刊、书籍),其知识普及率不高;54.7%的居民了解医学法学方面知识,84.7%的居民从未接受过"如何解决医患纠纷"的知识普及.因此应重视50岁以下人群的医学信息普及教育,加强社区医院建设,搭建医学科普平台,普及医学法学知识等,以缓解医患矛盾,构建和谐的医患关系.To understand the level of information awareness of medical information of community residents and promote medical popular science education, as well as reduce the asymmetry of medical in- formation, we designed the questionnaire of the level of information awareness of medical information and underwent the random sampling survey of 300 residents in six communities in Haiyan County in Jiaxing city of Zhejiang Province. The results showed that the most commonly used access to the medical information by people under 50 years old including television, radio and other media was not the most commonly trusted way other than newspapers and books. The literacy rate was not high, 54.7% of the residents could understand the medical and legal knowledge, but 84.7% of the residents did not receive any knowledge of how to solve medical disputes. So we should pay more attention to people under 50 years old, the level of information awareness of medical information need to be improved, the construc- tion of community hospital need to be strengthened, the medical science platform need to be set up, the legal and medical knowledge need to be popularized, which can ease the doctor- patient conflicts, build- ing a harmonious doctor- patient relationship.
