摘 要:为了解R6258、R谷-1等新恢复系及品种抽穗扬花期的抗高温性,采用抗高温性全逆境鉴定技术,研究水稻新品系抽穗扬花期在异常高温条件下的结实率变化,评价其抗高温性。结果表明,在抽穗扬花期给予35℃以上的全逆温处理11 d后,水稻品系(品种)间及株行间结实率存在极显著差异;标准抗性参数RHTsⅡ优838≥R谷-1≥R6258≥R362≥R冬005≥金优桂99≥R21-1,竞争抗性参数RHTCⅡ优838≥R谷-1≥R6258≥R362≥R冬005≥R21-1≥金优桂99。R谷-1、R6258的结实率与Ⅱ优838差异不显著,极显著高于金优桂99;抗性参数R谷-1为0.801、0.976,R6258为0.788、0.947,与对照Ⅱ优838(0.808、1)接近,对抽穗扬花期高温具有高抗性。水稻品系R谷-1、R6258可用作水稻抗高温品种选育的抗性种质资源。In order to know the high temperature resistance of R6258,Rgu-1 and other new recovery varieties during heading and flowering period,we studied the seed setting rate of new rice lines under the condition of abnormal high temperature during heading and flowering stage,by high temperature resistance identification technology. The results showed that after treatment for 11 d at more than 35℃ in flowering stage,there were significant differences in seed setting rate among rice varieties and among lines. For standard resistance parameter,there was the order of RHTs Ⅱ you 838,Rgu-1,R6258,R362,Rdong 005,Jinyougui 99,R21-1;for the competition resistance parameters,there was the order of RHTC Ⅱ you 838,Rgu-1,R6258,R362,Rdong 005,R21-1,Jinyougui 99. The seed setting rate of Rgu-1 and R6258 was not significantly different from Ⅱ you 838,while significantly higher than that of Jinyougui 99. The resistance parameters of Rgu-1 were 0.801 and 0.976,of R6258 were 0.788 and 0.947,were similar to these of Ⅱ you 838(0.808 and 1),indicating that Rgu-1 and R6258 had strong resistance to high temperature during heading and flowering period. Rice line Rgu-1 and R6258 can be used as resistant germplasm resources for breeding resistant rice varieties.
