广东晒黄烟在烤烟型卷烟配方中的适用性研究

摘　　要：为研究广东晒黄烟在烤烟型卷烟叶组配方中的应用,选用连选一号、中密合、81-26、青梗-4等4个广东晒黄烟品种,分别在广东连州、封开、南雄等地种植,按当地传统调制工艺进行调制。对其原烟物理性状、主要化学成分、感官评吸质量进行评价;以江西中烟工业公司某两类烤烟型卷烟为对照,通过替换或添加广东晒黄烟、提高膨化烟丝掺配比例,开展叶组配方试验。结果表明:参试材料的物理性状和主要化学成分差异较大;香型均为似烤烟型,风格显著或较显著;广东晒黄烟可在烤烟型卷烟配方中作为主料烟或调味料使用,最佳使用比例为5%~8%,同时提高25%~33.3%的膨化烟丝使用量,能丰富香气,提高烟气浓度、满足感和余味舒适感,保持卷烟香型风格不变,或略具晾晒烟香韵。在卷烟工业应用中,应根据晒黄烟品种的质量特点确定其在叶组配方中的使用比例。In order to study the applicability of Guangdong sun-cured tobacco in the formula of Virginia type cigarette, four Guangdong sun-cured tobacco varieties （ Lianxuan 1, Zhongmihe, 81-26 and Qinggeng-4 ） were used. The physical properties , chemical constituents and sensory quality of the leaves of these varieties were evaluated. Leaf group formula tests were carried out in Virginia type cigarette. The results showed that the physical properties and major chemical components of the leaves of these varieties were quite different. The flavor was similar to that of flue-cured tobacco, and the style was significant or comparatively significant. Guangdong sun-cured tobacco leaves can be used as the main ingredient or seasonings in leaf group formula of Virginia type cigarette. Replacing or adding 5-8% Guangdong sun-cured tobacco leaves, increasing ：25-33.3% of the expanded tobacco, can enrich the aroma, improve the smoke concentration, satisfaction and aftertaste comfort.
