摘  要:随着转基因技术在农业领域的迅速应用与发展,转基因产品的种类与数量逐渐增加,转基因产品的安全性也越来越被社会公众广泛关注,转基因检测技术体系也迫切需要持续的创新与发展。简要介绍了转基因作物尤其是非授权转基因作物的成分分析检测思路及方法,目前转基因检测主要是基于外源蛋白和核酸成分的检测技术及方法,如酶联免疫吸附技术、PCR技术、等温扩增技术等,另外还有一些检测新技术如指纹识别,微阵列、高通量测序等,希望对我国转基因生物安全管理工作有所启发。With the rapid application and development of transgenic technology in agriculture,the categories and quantities of transgenic products progressively increased,the safety of genetically modified organisms(GMOs) has attracted more and more extensive concern of the public. Accordingly,it is very urgently needed constant innovation and development for the transgenic detection technique systems. The article briefly reviewed the common detection technology and method of GMO,especially the un-authorized GMO both in China and abroad,the existing primary detection technology and method of GMO mainly based on detection of exogenous protein and nucleic acid,such as ELISA,PCR,isothermal amplification technology and so on,there were also a number of new technologies such as fingerprint identification,microarray,high-throughput sequencing. The paper may have some inspiration to the safety management of genetically modified organisms in our country.
