摘　　要：随着新公司法对一人公司政策的出台,一人公司的弊端将会呈现,所以有必要从一人公司的设立、营运、以及责任三个方面来探讨其所应该具有的监督机制。With the coming on of new corporation law about one-person company, which of the disadvantage will expose, so it is needed to the discuss mechanism of one-person company from setting up, operating and responsibility of which is supposed to have function of supervisory.
