品管圈在降低气管切开脱机锻炼患者痰痂形成风险中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)在降低气管切开脱机锻炼患者痰痂形成风险中的应用效果。方法2013年12月至2014年6月解放军总医院南楼呼吸科成立QCC活动小组,确定主题为"降低气管切开脱机锻炼患者痰痂形成风险",按活动步骤进行要因分析,针对原因拟定改进对策并实施,比较活动前后呼吸道管理的落实情况及圈员工作能力。结果实施QCC活动后,气管切开脱机锻炼患者呼吸道管理落实的各项指标均优于实施前(均P<0.05),目标达成率为104%,进步率为67.2%,圈员工作能力提高。结论开展QCC活动可降低气管切开脱机锻炼患者的痰痂形成风险。Objective To evaluate the application effects of the quality control circle （QCC） on reducing the risk of the sputum scab in off-line training patients with tracheotomy.Methods The QCC was established,activity theme of ＇reduce the risk of the sputum scab in off-line training patients with tracheotomy＇ was determined.According to the steps of QCC,we analysed the cause of sputum scab and the defects existing in the airway nursing and draw up the countermeasures to improve and implement.The satisfaction of airway management and working ability were compared before and after the implementation of activities.Results After the implementation of QCC,the each indexes of respiratory tract management were improved than before implementation （all P〈0.05）.The completion rate was 104% ,and progressive rate was 67.2 % ,and the working ability of the member of QCC were significantly improved. Conclusion The implementation of QCC can reduce the risk of the sputum scab in off-line training.
