摘 要:针对利用传统动态建模方法对液压机械无级传动系统进行建模和仿真时存在计算过程烦琐、模块搭建复杂的问题,基于Simscape建立了发动机、液压调速机构、机械调速机构和加载模块的仿真模型,分析了各部件的动力学特性。仿真结果表明,随着变量泵排量比的变化,液压机械无级变速系统输出速度连续无级地增大,系统输出转矩在负载转矩为定值情况下,液压机械无级传动系统为恒转矩输出,验证了仿真模型的可行性,为后续制定和改进换挡策略奠定了理论基础,提供了验证平台。The traditional dynamic modeling method is cumbersome and complex in the simulation of hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission (HMCVT). The simulation models of engine, hydraulic transmission, mechanical transmission and load were established based on Simscape, and the dynamic characteristics of the components were analyzed. The simulation results show that with the change of displacement ratio, the output speed of the system is continuous and stepless, and the output torque of the system is constant when the torque of load is constant. From the analysis results, it is concluded that the physical models are feasible. The research provides a theoretical foundation and a verification platform for further development and improvement of shifting strategy.
