摘  要:通过对卡通玩具壳盖的结构的分析,设计出能够安装在角式注塑机上的一模八腔、角式结构注塑模具。为了减少多模腔产品的各腔差异,运用CAE软件流道平衡分析,使所有流动路径内的压力降均相同,所有型腔同时填充,型腔保压均匀,获得了一致的体积收缩率,提高了塑件的质量。模具结构设计合理,开、合模动作稳定可靠,制品能够顺利脱模,塑件精度较高,产品质量能够完全达到客户要求。By analyzing the structure feature of a cartoon toy shell, eight-cavity mould and L-type mould that can be installed in the L-type injection moulding machine are designed. In order that disparity of different cavities in multi-cavity products are reduced, CAE software is used to analyze the flow balance and improve the quality of plastic parts. As a result, it can be obtained that the pressure drop in different flow paths are the same, all cavities are filled simultaneously, and the cavity pressure is uniform, resulting in similar volume shrin- kage. Reasonable design of mould structure, reliable and stable opening-closing of the mould and the easy demoulding of products are fullfilled to product highly precise plastic parts which can meet customers' requirements.
