摘  要:基于低变形冷作模具钢CrWMn在冶金过程中碳化物偏析比较严重、热加工时易形成网状碳化物和韧性较差等问题,揭示了CrWMn钢模具失效形式及表现。结合生产实践,对低变形冷作模具钢CrWMn的热处理工艺进行分析研究,针对低变形冷作模具钢CrWMn的应用条件,提出了改进后的热处理工艺方案。经生产实践检验,热处理工艺方案合理、科学,具有经济性和应用价值。Serious carbides segregation of CrWMn low deformation cold die steel in metallur- gical process will cause problems such as poor toughness during thermal processing. The failure form and performance of CrWMn die steel was revealed in the paper. Based on the production practice, the heat treatment process of CrWMn die steel was analyzed and studied. According to application conditions of CrWMn low deformation cold die steel, several different heat treatment processes were put forward. The practical production shows that the improvement of the heat treatment process is reasonable and scientific, which is economical and practical.
