摘 要:目的:建立变换波长的方法测定复方樟脑搽剂中樟脑和苯酚的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定复方樟脑搽剂中樟脑和苯酚的含量,色谱柱Shim-pack VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:25℃,进样量:20μL,检测波长范围:0~5 min为270 nm,5~10 min为288 nm。结果:樟脑和苯酚的线性范围分别为0.051 40~1.028 00 mg/mL(r=0.999 9)与0.052 32~1.046 00 mg/mL(r=0.999 9),平均回收率分别为97.82%(RSD=0.9%)和98.09%(RSD=1.9%)。结论:本法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于复方樟脑搽剂的质量控制。Objective: A wavelength conversion HPLC method for the determination of camphor and phenol in compoundcamphor liniment was established. Methods: HPLC method was used for the determination Of camphor and phenol in compoundcamphor liniment with Shim-pack VP-ODS column and methanol-water (65:35) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-land column temperature was 25℃, sample size: 20 IxL. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm (0-5 min) and 288 nm (5-10min). Results: The linear range were 0.051 40-1.028 00 mg·mL-1 (r=0.999 9) and 0.052 32-1.046 00 mg/mL (r=-0.999 9), forcamphor and phenol respectively. The corresponding average recovery rate was 97.82% (RSD=1.5%) and 98.09% (RSD=I.8%).Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and with good reproducibility, which can be used as quality control for compoundcamphor liniment.
