摘  要:采用水醇提取法提取黄芪多糖,在单因素研究提取黄芪多糖的基础上,采用正交试验设计,以黄芪多糖含量为指标,确定黄芪多糖最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比1∶15,提取温度70℃,乙醇浓度95%,提取时间70 min,粗提物提取率为7.84%;采用苯酚-硫酸法测定黄芪多糖的含量,黄芪多糖提取量为2.78 mg/g。利用水醇法提取黄芪多糖提取时间短,温度低,避免了多糖的分解、氧化,提高了提取率。To optimize the extraction technology of polysaccharides from Astragali Radix, the orthogonal test was designed onthe base of single factor effect of Astragalus polysaccharides content. The exacting process was optimized as follows: the liquid-solid ratio was 1:15, the extraction temperature was 70 ℃, and extraction time was 70 min with 95% ethanol. Astragalu,polysaccharides content was 2.78 mg/g determined by using phenol sulfuric method. Extraction of polysaccharides from AstragaliRadix with ethanol subsiding method is fast and low temperature which can avoid the decomposition and oxidation ofpolysaceharide, and the extraction yield is improved.
