摘　　要：中医药(包括中兽医药)理论具备一般科学理论的基本特征,是历史与逻辑的统一,主要表现在其抽象性和逻辑性、系统性和完整性、实证性和重复性、继承性和否定性、稳定性和开放性、追溯性和预测性、指导性和实践性、安全性和广泛性、高效性和经济性、原则性和灵活性等方面。阴阳是宇宙中相关事物或现象对待互和属性的规定性。阴阳学说包含形式逻辑和辩证逻辑。辨证论治是对辨病施治的否定,方剂是对单味药的否定,藏象学说是对解剖、生理学的否定。中医药学早已从"经验医学"中脱胎换骨、从"自然哲学"中脱颖而出,堪称世界科学史上的"活化石"。中医药理论长期存在的充足理由在于临床实践,而临床疗效则是中医药理论科学性的集中体现,是整个中医药学的灵魂。临床上长效、低成本和无破坏性原则是衡量一个医学体系是否科学的基本标准。Traditional Chinese medical （TCM） （including traditional Chinese veterinm＇y） theory., which is provided with the basic characteristics of general scientific theory, being the unification of history and logic, mainly suggests the characteristics such as abstraction and logicality, systematicness and integrality, verifiability and repeatability, inheritability and negativity, stability and compatibility, traceability and predictahility, guidance and practicability, safety and universality, high-efficiency and economy. principle and flexibility etc.. Yinyang is gegebenheit of the attributes of mutual harmonious counterparts relating to things or phenomena respectively fi＇om the universe. Yinyang theory contains principles of formal logic and dialectical logic. Zheng differentiatinn and treatment is the negation of diagnosed disease therapy; the compatibility principle of traditional Chinese herbs is the negation of administering haplo,herb, Zangxiang theory is the negation of anatomy and physiology. TCM has been reformed from ＂empirical medicine＂, differentiated from ＂natural philosophy＂, being called ＂living fossil＂ reasonably in the world of science history. The sufficient reasons for longstanding TCM theory＂ have been coming tbrth constantly in clinical practice. Hence clinical efficacy of TCM theoL＇y epitomizes scientificity, being the soul of the entire TCM. Clinically lasting-efficacy, low-cost and non- destructive principles are the basic stamtards to judge whether the system of a medicine or not to be scientific.
