新型植物抗生素牛至油在畜禽养殖业中的应用

摘　　要：近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高及畜牧业集约化的发展,肉类需求量不断增大,为了保证畜牧业的健康发展及市场的供需平衡,寻求安全高效无残留的抗生素替代品已成为当今畜牧业生产所面临的重要课题。牛至油是从天然植物牛至中提取的挥发油,是农业部(农牧发[2001]20号)批准使用的饲料药物添加剂之一,是绿色、抗菌促生长、环保、零停药期、无残留、无配伍禁忌及不易产生抗药性的较高纯天然活性成分的中药添加剂,具有很好的抗氧化性和广谱抗菌性,作为饲料添加剂使用安全无毒害,是代替抗生素的新一代绿色饲料添加剂。本文对牛至油在畜禽养殖中的应用效果进行综述,为其在饲料工业发展中的推广使用提供参考。In order to guarantee tile healthy development of animal husbandry and the market supply and demand balance in reeeat years, safe and efficient antibiotics substitutes without residual has become an important topic facing today＇s animal husbandn production. Herba Origani oil is extaaeted from natural plant Herba Origani, which has been approved useful as feed additive and ratified by China Ministry of Agriculture. It has good resistance to oxidation and broad spectrum antimicrobial propel＂ties with environmental protection, zero dng withdrawal period, less residue and no compatibility taboo. Used as non-toxic feed additive, the application of Herba Origani oil in livestock and poultry breeding was discussed in this paper.
