摘　　要：目的观察针刺结合电刺激-生物反馈训练治疗产后子宫脱垂的疗效。方法将120例产后子宫脱垂患者按就诊先后顺序分为对照组60例、观察组60例。对照组常规给予支持疗法、盆底肌肉锻炼及电刺激-生物反馈治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方法的基础上,结合中医针刺治疗。比较两组治疗有效率。结果总有效率观察组为97%,对照组为82%,经比较,x^2=16.85,P<0.05。结论针刺结合电刺激-生物反馈训练干预产后子宫脱垂临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with electrical stimulation-biofeedback exercise on treatment of postpartum uterine prolapse. Method Divide patients with postpartum uterine prolapse into control group （n=60） and observation group （n=60） according to hospitalization order. Patients in control group receive routine supporting treatment, pelvic diaphragm muscle exercise and electrical stimulation-biofeedback treatment. Patients in observation group receive acupuncture combined with the treatment of control group. Compare the effective rate of two groups. Result The total effective rate is 97% in observation group and 82% in control group, x^2=16.85, P〈0.05. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with electrical stimulation-biofeedback exercise has a great effect on treatment of postpartum uterine prolapse.
