摘 要:目的了解宁波市非医学专业大学生院前急救知晓水平及培训效果,为更好地开展大学生院前急救培训提供依据。方法采用方便抽样法,选取宁波市7所高校752名在校大学生和各校的院前急救培训管理人员作为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷分别从学生和学校两个层面开展调查,并对所得结果进行分析。结果大学生院前急救知晓水平得分(8.42±1.92)分;有培训经历的学生院前急救知晓水平较无培训经历者高(t=2.15,P<0.05);参与学校培训的学生得分较参与其他机构培训者为高(t=5.58,P<0.01);学校培训中,参加院前急救必修课的学生院前急救知晓水平最高(F=49.33,P<0.01)。结论宁波市非医学专业大学生院前急救知识的掌握无显著优势,开展培训是提高大学生院前急救知晓水平的有效途径。Objective To study the cognition level of pre-hospital emergency for non-medical students in Ningbo and its training effect to provide evidence for better development of pre-hospital emergency training. Method Choose 752 students from 7 colleges and universities and managers of pre-hospital emergency from each school in Ningbo by convenient sampling. Develop survey among students and schools respectively using self-designed questionnaire. Take analysis on the result. Result The score on pre-hospital emergency for students is (8.42 ± 1.92). Students with training experience have higher cognition level of pre-hospital care than students without training experience (t=2.15, P〈0.05). Students receiving training from school have higher score than students receiving training from other organizations (t=5.58, P〈0.01 ). Students taking part in required courses on pre-hospital emergency have the highest cognition level among students receiving school training (F=49.33, P〈0.01). Conclusion There is no advantage on cognition level of pre-hospital emergency for non-medical students in Ningbo. Developing training is an effective way to improve students' cognition level of pre-hospital emergency.
