高效液相色谱法测定水样中痕量联苯胺

摘　　要：利用HLB固相萃取柱对水样中的联苯胺进行富集,应用HPLC法测定水样中痕量联苯胺。色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C_(18),流动相为甲醇-磷酸二氢钾,梯度洗脱,检测波长为254nm,外标法定量。结果表明,联苯胺在0~10.0mg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相对标准偏差为1.6%~5.7%。该方法快速、高效,能有效应用于日常水质检测中痕量联苯胺的测定。Firstly,a HLB solid-phase extraction column was used to enrich benzidine in water. Then trace benzidine was determined by HPLC（Zorbax SB-C18 as chromatographic column,gradient elution with methanol- potassium dihydrogen phosphate as mobile phase,254 nm as detection wavelength,quantified by external standard method）. Results showed that, the linear relationship was better at the range of benzidine concentration from 0 mg·L^-1 to 10.0 mg·L^-1 ,and the relative standard deviation was 1.6%-5.70%. This method is fast and effective,and can be used to determination of trace benzidine in water.
