摘　　要：云南某锰银矿,矿石中Mn品位9.27%,Ag品位达到了95.1g/t,锰银矿物主要集中在粗粒级中,金属矿物主要是氧化锰矿物和铁矿物,脉石矿物以高岭土为主。针对原矿性质、试验结果和现场生产实际,本次设计确定了"洗矿-干燥-破碎"的选矿工艺流程,选择以柱磨机、高压辊磨机、圆筒擦洗机、直线振动筛、槽式洗矿机、回转干燥机为主体设备的工艺方案,流程简洁合理,为后续冶炼工艺作了充分原料准备。Based on the raw ore property, testing results of a manganese-silver ore in Yunnan and with production reality at site considered, a beneficiation process flow of ore washing-drying-crushing is determined. Ball mill, high pressure grinding roller, drum washer, linear vibrating screen, launder washer, rotary drum dryer are selected as main equipment. This process flow is simple and reasonable, which provides sufficient materials preparation for follow-up smelting process.
