摘 要:目的:探讨女性性激素、血脂水平对女性膀胱出口梗阻的影响。方法:收集笔者所在医院2015年1月-2016年12月就诊的围绝经期及绝经后诊断为女性膀胱出口梗阻患者30例,根据Blaivas-Groutz计算图,对女性膀胱出口梗阻进行分度,将其分为轻度梗阻(16例)和中、重度梗阻(14例),对其采血检测性激素,及血脂。对同期非女性膀胱出口梗阻40例患者采血检测性激素。结果:FBOO组和非FBOO组FSH、LH、E2水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),FBOO组FSH、LH显著高于非FBOO组,而E2水平则显著低于非FBOO组。轻度梗阻组TG、TCH和APOB水平显著低于中重度梗阻组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻度梗阻组FSH、LH和T水平显著低于中重度梗阻组,而E2水平则显著高于中重度梗阻组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。梗阻程度与FSH、LH、T、TG、TCH和APOB水平显著正相关(P<0.05),随着FSH、LH、T、TG、TCH和APOB水平的增加,梗阻程度越严重;梗阻程度与E2水平显著负相关(P<0.05),随着E2水平的降低,梗阻程度越重。结论:随着梗阻程度的加重,雌激素水平逐渐下降,FSH水平、LH水平上升,T水平有上升趋势。雌激素的降低导致TCH、TG、TCH、APOB水平有上升的趋势。Objective- To investigate the effect of female hormone and blood lipid level on the female bladder outlet obstruction.Method: A total of 70 cases of perimenopatlsal and postmenopausal female patients in our hospital were collected from January 2015 to December 2016.30 patients were diagnosed as female bladder outlet obstruction.According to the calculation of Blaias-Grout nomogram, the patients were categorized into slight obstruction group(n=16) and moderate or heavy obstruction group(n=14),The patients of female bladder outlet obstruction were tested with the blood serum sex hormone and blood lipidlevel.The others were tested with sex hormone.Result: The level of FSH, LH and E2 in FBOO group and non FBOO group, the difference were statistically significant(P〈O.O5).The levels of LH and FSH in FBOO group were significantly higher than that in non FBOO group, but E2 level was significantly lower than that in non FBOO group.TG, TCH and APOB level differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).TG, TCH and APOB in mild obstruction level were significantly lower than those in severe obstruction group.Mild obstruction group and severe obstruction group had statistically significant difference in FSH, LH, E2 and T level(P〈0.05).FSH, LH and T levels in mild obstruction group were significantly lower than those in severe obstruction group, while the level of E: was significantly higher than that in the mild obstruction group.There were significant positive correlation with the degree of obstruction of FSH, LH, T, TG, TCH and APOB level(P〈0.05), with the increase of FSH, LH, T, TG, TCH and APOB levels, the more serious the degree of obstruction.There was significant negative correlation with decreased E level, more the degree of obstruction heavy.Conclusion: With the degree of obstruction rise, estrogen gradually decreases, FSH level, LH level increase, T level increases.The decrease of estrogen leads to the rise ofTCH, TG, TCH and APOB level.
