摘  要:采用灰色关联度法对引种后的野漆树子代优株在种子千粒重、种子活力、种皮含量、种皮油脂成分及果实油脂成分等方面进行研究。结果发现,在各参试子代优株中,种子活力表现出较大的差异性,‘昭和福’、‘伊吉’2个品种的变异系数分别为88%和90%;2个品种变异较小的指标是果皮比例,分别为16%和19%;而对果皮的脂肪酸成分进行研究的结果表明,油酸的变异幅度最大,其变异系数分别是70%和35%,且各脂肪酸成分在种皮和果实中的含量表现出一定的差异性,故应根据不同选育目标进行日本野漆树的选育工作。灰色关联度分析表明,昭和福子代优株的综合质量最好的是X10、X9,伊吉子代优株的综合质量最好的是Y8、Y4。In this paper, method of grey relativity analysis was used to study the seed weight, seed vigor, seed coat content, seed coat and fruit fat ingredients of seeding progenies among introduced wild sumac. The results showed that the seed vigor had a great difference between all tested seeding progenies, the coefficient of variation of two varieties 'Zhao hefu' and 'Yiji' came up to 88% and 90% respectively; the smaller variation index of this two varieties was peel ratio, which was up to16% and 19% respectively; while research on fatty acid composition of seed coat showed that the variation range of oleic acid was the biggest, and the coefficient of variation was up to 70% and 35% respectively, and the content of fatty acid composition in seed coat and fruit showed some differences, so breeding work of Japanese wild sumac should be done according to different breeding goals. The grey correlation analysis showed that the best comprehensive quality of 'Zhao hefu' among the seeding progenies were X10 and X9, while the best comprehensive quality of 'Yiji' among the seeding progenies were Y8and Y4.
