摘 要:以高持绿性甘蔗细茎野生种(云瑞08-254)和低持绿性甘蔗细茎野生种(云瑞09-525)为试验材料,在干旱胁迫和正常浇水两个条件下,研究干旱胁迫对甘蔗叶片生理活性和生物量的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,云瑞08-254的叶片SOD、CAT和MDA含量都明显增加,而云瑞09-525叶片SOD、CAT、POD和MDA含量均明显降低;云瑞08-254的相对电导率增幅显著小于云瑞09-525,云瑞08-254的质膜受损程度相对较小;与云瑞09-525相比,云瑞08-254在干旱胁迫后脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量升高幅度较为明显,且本身即具有较高的脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量。在干旱胁迫条件下,持绿性甘蔗细茎野生种能通过产生保护性物质降低对干旱的敏感性,通过调节SOD、CAT和POD活性以及MDA、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量以及持绿生物量的变化,从而减轻干旱的伤害,表现出更好的抗旱性。Taking sugarcane S. spontaneum L. of stay-green(YR08-254) and non stay-green(YR09-525) as test materials, effect of drought stress on leaf physiological activity and biomass of the S. spontaneum L. was analyzed in comparison with normal watering condition. The results showed that drought stress caused increment of SOD, CAT and MDA content of YR08-254 leaf, meanwhile reduction in SOD, CAT, POD and MDA content of YR09-525 leaf. The increment of electrical conductivity and damaged degree of the YR08-254 were obviously lower than that of the YR09-525. The leaf proline content, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of the YR08-254 increased more obviously than that of the YR09-525, and its content of proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein was also higher under non drought stress. Under the drought stress condition, the stay-green S.spontaneum L decreased the sensitivity to drought by producing and regulating protective substance, which included activities of SOD, CAT and MDA, proline content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and stay-green biomass to enhance drought resistance and relieve damage of drought.
