摘 要:采用毛细管流变仪,在360℃-390℃温度范围内考察了剪切速率对聚全氟乙丙烯(大金NP 101)熔体表观粘度、剪切应力的影响;粘流活化能与剪切速率的关系;剪切敏感性指数、非牛顿指数与温度的关系;并讨论了不出现熔体破裂的加工条件.结果表明:随着剪切速率的增加,FEP的表观粘度下降,符合剪切变稀的规律;同一剪切速率下,温度越高,FEP的表观粘度越低;FEP的粘流活化能随着剪切速率的增大逐渐降低;剪切敏感性指数随温度的升高而降低;非牛顿指数总小于1,且随着温度的升高而升高,是典型的假塑性流体;FEP(大金NP 101)适于挤出成型的加工温度为380℃、临界剪切速率300s^(-1).Study the rheological propert ies of tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer (Daikin NP 101) by capillary rheometer. We study that shear rate influence apparent viscosity and shear stress at different temperature. The relationship between viscous flow activation energy and shear rate are discussed. We study that the relationship between shear sensitivity index, non-newtonian index and temperature. The processing conditions of avoiding the melt broken are discussed. The results show that apparent viscosity of FEP is decrease with the increase of shear rate, corresponding with the law of the shear thinned. The apparent viscosity of FEP is lower with the temperature increase under the same shear rate. Viscous flow activation energy of FEP gradually reduce with the increase of shear rate; shear sensitivity index decrease with the rise of temperature; the total of Non -new tonian in dex is less than 1. non-newtonian index is a typical pseudoplastic fluid which increase with the temperature increase. Ex-trusion molding processing temperature of FEP is 380℃ , 300 s^-1 extrusion rate.
