摘 要:基于严格耦合波分析设计了一种亚波长金属偏振分束光栅,通过遗传算法优化出最佳光栅结构。该光栅在1429<λ<1700nm波段,TM波的0级透射率和TE波的0级反射率优于90%,入射角-27.5°<θ<27.5°时,光栅透射和反射消光比都大于20dB,达到了宽光谱、宽视角的要求。数值分析表明光栅对周期、槽深具有优良的工艺容差。The polarizing beam splitting performance of subwavelength metal grating was designed using the rigorous couple-wave theory and the parameters was optimized using genetic algorithm.The transmission and reflection diffraction efficiency of 0order can be more than 90% when the incident wavelength was varied in the range from 1429 nm to 1700 nm,the transmission and reflection extinction ratios were better than 20 dB when the incident angle is in the range from-27.5to 27.5,which met the expectations for wide spectrum,wide angle.Numerical results showed that the designed grating has good manufacture tolerance to period and groove depth.
