摘　　要：网络工程项目管理的方法主要以WBS、网络图和甘特图为代表,主要对进度进行控制。提出的基于BOM的网络工程项目管理方法,通过BOM(Bill of Manufacturing)基础上产品结构和工艺流程及资源的融合控制,比较系统的实现了生成BOM清单、工艺流程、生产任务单、工序单等的网络工程项目管理的全程控制,并可进行任务单全程跟踪。此方法已通过实例在ERP软件上得到了验证。The method of network engineering project management mainly WBS,network diagram and gantt represented,mainly to control the progress.In this paper,the method of network engineering project management based on BOM,through the BOM（Bill of Manufacturing）based on product structure and the technological process and resources integration control,the comparison system generated BOM list,process flow,production task list,process order etc.The network control in the whole process of the engineering project management and single all-the-way tracking tasks can be performed.The method has been verified by an example on the ERP software.
