斜椭圆数控车编程加工方法研究

摘　　要：针对斜椭圆的加工难点,介绍了一种加工斜椭圆的通用宏程序,对于不同斜椭圆的车削,只需改变程序中的变量参数即可。以宏程序作为精加工程序段,与G70、G73指令进行嵌套完成椭圆的粗精加工。为今后企业中数控车车削其它非圆曲线提供了有益的参考。In view of the processing difficulties of the oblique ellipse, a general macroinstruction program for processing ob-lique ellipse is introduced in this paper, it only needs to change the variable parameters of the program for different oblique el-lipse cutting. The macro program, which is taken as the finishing machining program segment, is nested with the G70, G73command to complete rough and fine machining of the oblique ellipse. It provides instructive reference for non-circular curveturning of the numerical control lathe enterprises in future.
