摘 要:介绍一种利用经纬仪,6自由度移动平台,工装夹具,标准筒(火炮身管)等组成的检测系统对移动定心机构进行同轴度检测。经多次重复性实验结果表明,该方法所测结果具有可靠性高,精度高(﹤0.1mm)等优点,并且安装调试步骤简单。主要描述调试方法及提高测量精度的措施等,此方法适用于内径为Φ100~Φ155 mm的身管主要给出内径为Φ100 mm身管的实验结果。A coaxiality testing method to the mobile centering mechanism by detection system that consists of the theodolite, 6DOF mobile platform, the fixture, standard barrel (gun barrel) and other components is introduced in this paper. The resultsof repeated experiments show that the proposed method has the advantages of high reliability and high accuracy (﹤0. 1mm),and it is easy to install and debug. The debugging methods and measures to improve the measurement accuracy are mainly de-scribed in this article. This method is applicable to the inner diameter of 100mm to 155mm tube, and the experimental resultswith 100mm diameter tube are also presented in this paper.
