摘　　要：装备制造业在网络化协同制造的条件下,主机厂与供应商之间的业务关系更密切,从而对协同制造管理提出了更高的要求。在对装备制造企业外购外协工作现状及其对协同制造管理需求的研究基础上,建立了基于网络化的协同制造模型。由此可使核心企业生产计划的制定更合理,使企业生产计划能顺利进行。Under the condition of networked collaborative manufacturing, relationship between the host plant and the suppliersis closer, which puts forward higher requirements for collaborative manufacturing management. Based on the status of equip-ment manufacturing enterprises outsourcing work and the research foundation of collaborative management requirements, a col-laborative manufacturing model based on the network is established in this paper. Therefore, the production plan of the coreenterprise can be more reasonable and the production plan can be carried out smoothly.
