摘  要:目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症采用经皮椎间孔镜下微创手术联合神经生长因子灌注治疗的疗效。方法方便选取86例腰椎间盘突出症患者,均为2015年3月—2016年3月期间该院收治的住院患者,随机分为对照组(经皮椎间孔镜下微创手术,n=43)与观察组(经皮椎间孔镜下微创手术+神经生长因子灌注治疗,n=43),观察两组治疗疗效及相关指标情况。结果观察组患者较对照组临床有效率显著要佳(P<0.05),两组治疗后主要肌群肌电图均较治疗前有所改善,而治疗后,观察组腓肠肌时限、胫前肌时限均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症采用经皮椎间孔镜下微创手术联合神经生长因子灌注治疗,疗效显著,可显著改善神经功能及疼痛症状,具有推广价值。Objective To discuss the curative effect of transforaminal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery and nerve growth factor in perfusion treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 86 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each,the control group were treated with transforaminal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery,while the observation group were treated with transforaminal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery and nerve growth factor perfusion,and the curative effect related indexes of the two groups were observed.Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group(P〈0.05),after treatment,the chief muscle group picture was improved compared with that before treatment,after treatment,the musculi gastrocnemius time limit and musculi hippicus time limit in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of transforaminal endoscopic minimally invasive surgery and nerve growth factor in perfusion treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is obvious,which can obviously improve the nerve function and pain symptoms,which is worth promotion.
