麦默通乳腺微创旋切术与常规乳腺肿物切除术治疗乳腺良性肿块的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的探讨麦默通(Mammotome)微创旋切术和常规乳腺肿块切除术应用于乳腺良性肿块中的临床疗效。方法方便选择2015年1月—2016年1月期间在该院乳腺外科就诊的84例乳腺良性肿块患者,按照随机原则分为两组,对照组采用常规肿块切除术,观察组采用Mammotome微创旋切术,对比两组患者手术相关指标、术后乳房变形例数、术后并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量以及手术瘢痕大小分别为(16.21±5.29)min、(25.17±4.27)mL、(3.72±2.14)mm,均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后乳房变形率、并发症发生率分别为0.00%、2.38%,均明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于乳腺良性肿块切除术的选择上,采用Mammotome微创旋切术能够比常规切除术具有更小的创伤,保证美观度同时也提高了患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery and regular breast tumor resection in treatment of breast benign masses.Methods Convenient selection 84 cases of patients with breast benign masses admitted and treated in the department of breast surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group adopted the regular breast tumor resection,while the observation group adopted the mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery,and the operation related index,breast deformation case number after operation and incidence rate of complications after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding amount and operative scars in the observation group were respectively（16.21±5.29）min、（25.17±4.27）mL,（3.72±2.14）mm,and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）,the breast deformation rate after operation and incidence rate of complications in the observation group were respectively 0.00% and 2.38%,which were obviously fewer than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The wound of mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery in treatment of breast benign masses is smaller than the regular breast tumor resection,which can not only ensure the beauty but also improve the satisfactory degree of patients,and it is worth clinical promotion.
