通脉止痛贴治疗不稳定型心绞痛(气虚血瘀型)的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨通脉止痛贴治疗不稳定型心绞痛(气虚血瘀型)的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2014年2月—2015年2月确诊并收治的60例不稳定型心绞痛患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组单纯给予西医基础药物,治疗组加用通脉止痛贴进行穴位敷贴。对比两组临床疗效、心电图疗效、中医证候疗效、硝酸甘油停减率。结果治疗组临床总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组心电图总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组硝酸甘油停减率96.67%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通脉止痛贴治疗不稳定型心绞痛(气虚血瘀型)整体疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of tongmai analgesic plaster in treatment of unstable angina pectoris（blood stasis due to qi deficiency type）.Methods Convenient selection 60 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group adopted the simple western medicine drug,while the treatment group were treated with tongmai analgesic plaster on the basis of the control group,and the clinical curative effect,electrocardiogram curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect and withdrawal medicine rate of glonoine were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate,total effective rate of electrocardiogram,total effective rate of TCM syndrome and withdrawal medicine rate of glonoine in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group,（93.33%,86.67%,93.33%,96.67% vs 73.33%,63.33%,66.67%,73.33%）the difference was statisticallg significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The overall curative effect of tongmai analgesic plaster in treatment of unstable angina pectoris（blood stasis due to qi deficiency type） is definite.
