摘 要:目的研究经阴道超声诊断盆腔静脉曲张症的临床价值。方法方便选取2013年2月—2016年2月该院门诊和住院患者中采用经阴道超声检查并诊断为盆腔静脉曲张症的患者62例为观察组,所有患者经过盆腔静脉造影、手术、腹腔镜检查确诊,同期经阴道超声检查正常的患者60例为对照组,全部为健康已婚的育龄妇女,对比两组患者的静脉内径、静脉丛范围、静脉流速等情况。结果观察组患者的静脉内径、静脉丛范围分别为(0.67±0.14)cm、(2.4±0.5)^(4.4±0.9)cm^2,明显高于对照组的(0.30±0.05)cm、(1.1±0.3)^(1.4±0.9)cm^2,而观察组的静脉流速(5.9±2.9)cm/s明显小于对照组的(12.9±2.8)cm/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在盆腔静脉曲张症的临床诊断中,经阴道超声诊断在鉴别诊断、治疗选择和疗效评价中,都有重要的临床价值,值得作为临床诊断盆腔静脉曲张症的首选方法。Objective To research the value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of pelvic congestion syndrome.Methods Convenient selection 62 cases of patients with pelvic congestion syndrome diagnosed with transvaginal ultrasound examination from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected as the observation group and confirmed by the pelvic phlebography,operation and laparoscopy,60 cases of healthy fertile women treated with transvaginal ultrasound at the same period were selected as the control group,and the venous diameter,venous plexus and venous flow were compared between the two groups.Results The venous diameter and venous plexus in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,[(0.67±0.14)cm,(2.4±0.5)~(4.4±0.9)cm^2 vs(0.30±0.05)cm,(1.1±0.3)~(1.4±0.9)cm^2,but the venous flow in the observation group was obviously less than that in the control group,[(5.9±2.9)cm/s vs(12.9±2.8)cm/s],and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in the differential diagnosis,treatment choice and curative effect evaluation of pelvic congestion syndrome is very important,which is worth a preferred method in clinical diagnosis of pelvic congestion syndrome.
