摘 要:漏失造成地层承压能力低是裂缝性灰岩钻井面临的主要问题,随钻堵漏是解决该问题的有效方式。随钻堵漏剂的含量与提高地层承压能力的数量关系是确定钻井液密度范围和固井液柱压力、保障井壁稳定和固井质量的关键。针对裂缝性灰岩开展了随钻堵漏剂对承压能力影响的试验研究。研究表明,随钻堵漏剂含量越高,地层承压能力增强;地层压力越高,随钻堵漏对提高地层承压能力的效果越强;孔隙度越大,随钻堵漏对提高地层承压能力的效果越弱。该技术应用在米桑油田灰岩钻井过程中,提高地层承压压力0.27~0.34g/cm3,有效解决了卡钻、卡仪器和固井质量不合格等问题,为同类井作业提供借鉴。The low load bearing capacity induced by lost circulation is a vital challenge during drilling of fractured limestone,plugging while drilling is an effective way to solve the problem.High load bearing capacity of formation is to decide the scope of drilling fluid density and down hole pressure during cementing after plugging operation.It is the key to balance the collapse pressure and ensure cement quality.Because there is no available experience,the relevant research is performed for fractured limestone.The result shows that the high the content of the lost circulation material is,the high the formation pressure is,the stronger the bearing capacity of formation is.The larger the porosity is,the low the bearing capacity in formation is.The technology is used in Missan Oilfield for drilling,the increase of bearing capacity in formation is 0.27~0.34g/cm^3.The method was successfully applied in Missan oilfield and increased bearing pressure by 0.27~0.34g/cm^3.As a result the operation performed is without the stick of tool during the drilling and it achieves good quality.The technique provides reference for similar operations.
