西藏某难选铜铅多金属矿石铜铅浮选分离试验研究

摘  要:西藏某难选铜铅多金属矿石中多种金属矿物密切共生,硫化物之间嵌连关系较为复杂,且含有大量的次生硫化铜及氧化铜矿物,铜铅分选极为困难。针对该矿石特点,进行了铜铅混合浮选—混合精矿分离、优先浮钼、优先浮铜—再浮铅等多种工艺流程探索试验。结果表明:优先浮铜—再浮铅工艺流程可获得较好指标,闭路试验获得铜品位25.01%、铜回收率81.92%、含铅6.71%的铜精矿,铅品位45.89%、铅回收率70.09%、含铜1.69%的铅精矿,实现了矿石中铜铅的有效分离。Many metallic minerals are associated in a refractory copper-lead polymetallic ore from Tibet. The sulfide minerals embedded in it are in complex relation. A large amount of secondary copper sulfide and copper oxide minerals are contained,making copper and lead separation extremely difficult. According to the ore features,exploration has been made among the processes like copper-lead bulk flotation-bulk concentrate separation,preferential molybdenum flotation,preferential copper flotation-lead flotation. The results show that the preferential copper flotation-lead flotation process can obtain good indicators with closed circuit test obtaining a copper concentrate with copper grade of 25. 01 %,copper recovery rate of 81. 92 %,and 6. 71 % lead grade,and a lead concentrate with lead grade of 45. 89 %,lead recovery rate of 70. 09 % and copper grade of 1. 69 %,achieving effective separation of copper and lead in the ore.
