摘　　要：目的:了解株洲市城区3~7岁男童的外生殖器疾病的发病率,以便提供及时的保健及治疗。方法:对株洲市城区65所幼儿园共6 580名3~7岁男童进行外生殖器疾病普查。结果:株洲市城区65所幼儿园共6 580名3~7岁男童中包皮过长2 086例(31.69%)、包茎2 548例(38.72%)、阴茎外观短小238例(3.62%),腹股沟斜疝37例(0.56%)、鞘膜积液35例(0.53%)、隐睾19例(0.29%)、尿道下裂3例(0.05%)。结论:株洲市城区3~7岁男童外生殖器疾病的发病率高,应加强全市的3~7岁男童外生殖器疾病知识宣教及儿童生殖器健康检查,做到早发现,早诊断,早治疗。Objective To investigate prevalence of external genital diseases of 3 - 7 years old boy in urban areas of Zhuzhou city in order to provide health care and timely treatment. Methods ： A total of 658 0 boys aged 3 to 7 years old from 65 kindergartens in Zhuzhou city were examined. Results ： The various genital diseases detected during the surey were as follows ： redundant prepuce 2086 cases （31. 69% ） , phimosis 2548 cases （38.72% ） , Short appearance of penis 238 cases （3. 6 2 % ） , indirect inguinal hernia 37 cases （0.56%）, hydrocele 35 cases （0.53%）, cryptorchidism 19 cases （ 0 . 2 9 % ） and hypospadias 3 cases （ 0 . 0 5 % ） . Conclu_ sions： The incidence rate of 3 -7 years old boy external genital diseases in the urban areas of Zhuzhou city is high. It should strength-en knowledge education on the 3 -7 years old boy genital diseases and children genital health check, and accomplish early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment.
