瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取该院2014年7月—2015年7月收治82例2型糖尿病的患者。按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组对患者进行甘精胰岛素临床治疗,观察组使用瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素对患者进行临床治疗。最后对2组疗效、治疗后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)以及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)进行对比。结果 2组患者经治疗后,观察组患者的总改善率:95.12%,对照组患者的总改善率:78.04%,2组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗后,空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)以及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上,治疗2型糖尿病时,使用瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素能够有效地控制患者的病情,对患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)以及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)均有所改善,并且其治疗方式简易,疗效突出,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of repaglinide and insulin glargine in treatment of patients with type 2diabetes. Methods 82 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each, the control group were treated with insulin glargine, while the observation group were treated with repaglinide and insulin glargine, and the curative effect, fasting blood sugar after treatment, blood sugar at 2 h after dinner and glycosylated hemoglobin were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the difference in the total improvement rate between the observation group and the control group was obvious,（95.12% vs 78.04%）, P〈0.05, the differences in the FPG, 2 hPG and HbA1C between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinic, the repaglinide and insulin glargine in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively control the disease condition of patients and improve the FPG, 2 hPG and HbA1C, and the treatment method is easy and the curative effect is prominent, which is worth promotion.
