摘　　要：从严格施工方案审批程序、建立健全质量管理制度、加强协调参建各方关系、把控施工现场重要环节等方面,阐述了建设单位在施工过程中的质量管理措施,从而实现建设工程的质量目标。From the strict construction scheme approval procedures,establish a sound quality management system,strengthen the coordination of all parties,to control the important aspects of construction site and other aspects,this paper elaborated the quality management measures of construction units in construction process,so as to achieve the quality objectives of construction engineering.
