摘　　要：应中国全球地震台网建设预研项目的需求,对全球地震台网(Global Seismograph Network,GSN)的运行与维护、数据质量控制以及数据服务进行了调查与研究。研究表明:运维系统中,程序员和场地工程师所占比例较大;GSN有自己的数据质量监控系统,可实时监控数据状态、日常工作规范;数据服务52%通过互联网进行分发,数据请求方式主要有Email、基于浏览器的方法以及数据请求客户端。The preparatory research of operation and maintenance,data quality and data service of GSN was made to implement the project of China global seismic network success-fully. The research implies that the programmer and field engineer occupy in the operation and maintenance system; GSN has its own data quality monitoring system to monitor the data status real-time,and the routine work is standard; about 52% data service is provided through internet. The data application methods include Email, browser andclient interface.
