文化外交的功能探析

摘　　要：文化外交既是消除政治隔阂、缓解国际矛盾的有效"润滑剂",也是促进国家间经贸往来的粘合剂。它通过同化他国价值观、保持本国文化吸引力、吸纳对象国优秀文化因子等三种方式增强主体国的文化软实力。此外,文化外交在国家形象的树立和修复方面也发挥着重要的作用。Cultural diplomacy is not only an effective ＂lubricant＂ to eliminate political barriers and alleviate international contradictions but also an adhesive to promote economic and trade exchanges between countries. It can enhance a country＇s cultural soft power in three ways： assimilating the value of other countries, maintaining their cultural attraction, and receiving the target country＇s outstanding cultural factors. In addition, cultural diplomacy plays an important role in the establishment and restoration of the national image.
