不同微创矫正术治疗成人拇外翻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨微创矫正术治疗成人拇外翻后的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性方法分析,选取我院自2012年1月至2014年1月收治的78例成人外翻患者的临床资料作为本次研究对象,其中13例行Mayo术,20例行McBride术,22例行Keller术,23例行改良McBride术,分析临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较后,改良McBride术的HVA、IMA评分均低于Mayo术、McBride术、Keller术,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良McBride术优良率(91.30%)均高于Mayo术(46.15%)、McBride术(75.00%)、Keller术(81.82%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良McBride术的HVA、IMA评分均低于Mayo术、McBride术、Keller术,且改良McBride术可纠正拇外翻,恢复拇指屈伸能力,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of adult patients with hallux valgus. Methods： The clinical data of 78 cases of adult patients with hallux valgus treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object and analyzed retrospectively,of which 13 cases underwent Mayo,20 cases underwent Mc Bride,22 cases underwent Keller,23 cases underwent modified Mc Bride,then the clinical efficacy and gait were analyzed. Results： After treated by modified Mc Bride,HVA and IMA level were lower than those by Mc Bride,Keller and Mayo（ P 〈0. 05）,and the excellent rate of modified Mc Bride（ 91. 30%） was higher than that of Mayo（ 46.15%）,Mc Bride（ 75%）,Keller（ 81.82%）,there was significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Mc Bride can be used to correct hallux valgus and restore the thumb flexion and extension ability,improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
