临床合理应用抗肿瘤中成药的评估及干预措施分析

摘　　要：目的:评估临床合理应用抗肿瘤中成药情况并分析干预措施。方法:回顾性分析我院肿瘤科2015年4月至8月(干预前)以及2016年4月至8月(干预后)出院病历各179例。统计分析中成药用药金额、DDDs以及临床用药不合理情况。结果:干预前抗肿瘤中成药消耗金额、人均用药费用分别为201.88万元、5078.33元,均明显高于干预后的188.74万元、4498.71元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后注射剂型的DDDs相比干预前明显下降,而口服剂型相比干预前有所上升。干预后抗肿瘤中成药使用不合理率为11.18%(19/170),显著低于干预前的38.24%(65/170),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过有效的措施干预,可显著降低抗肿瘤中成药的消耗金额以及不合理用药现象,提高医院的合理用药水平。Objective： To evaluate the clinical reasonable application of anti-tumor traditional Chinese situation and analyze the intervention measures. Methods： Retrospective analysis of oncology 2015 4 ~ 8months（ before intervention） and 4 ~ 8,2016（ after the intervention） hospital medical records 179 cases each. Statistical analysis of Chinese traditional medicine amount,DDDs and clinical drug use unreasonable situation.Results： The intervention before the anti-tumor traditional consumption amount,per capita medical expenses 2. 0188 million yuan and 5078. 33 yuan respectively,were significantly higher than 1. 8874 million yuan,44.9871 million yuan after the intervention,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Intervention after injection dosage forms of DDDs compared with before intervention decreased obviously,compared with oral dosage forms before the intervention. After intervention antitumor Chinese patent medicine use not Ge Li Lv was 11.18%（ 19/170）,38.24%（ 65/170）,significantly lower than before,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion： Through effective intervention measures,can significantly reduce the consumption amount of anti-tumor traditional Chinese drug and unreasonable phenomenon,improve the level of hospital of rational drug use.
